Bremer Reederei E & B GmbH has united Hanseatic traditions with modern requirements for more than 60 years now. This is underlined by the use of the company’s own modern tonnage and the performance of its own shipping services as well as operating strong chartering and agency departments. Ship management for external ships is currently being established.
The company handles classic cargo such as forest products and bulk materials as well as project cargo with a particular focus on the offshore industry. The shipping company made its name in the shipping of undersea cables and the performance of onshore logistics for companies such as the Siemens Prysmian consortium.
The Hanseatic approach at Bremer Reederei also includes local networking in organisations such as the Bremer Rhederverein, the Vereinigung Bremer Schiffsmakler und Schiffsagenten as well as voluntary activities at the Chamber of Commerce in Bremen.
Facts and figures
Bremer Reederei E & B GmbH was founded in 1951, and has just celebrated its 60th birthday. 12 people are currently employed in the company headquarters in Bremen and our branch office in Cuxhaven. They offer complete, all-round services in the areas of charter freight contracting/ operating, chartering, ship management and agency management.
