With its base in Cuxhaven, BREB is closely involved in the development of offshore wind energy in the North Sea. Through Blue Water BREB, the company supports national and international wind energy projects, providing transport, port and terminal services for offshore infrastructure.

WIBKE EHLERS
Wibke Ehlers verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der maritimen Wirtschaft und kennt die Strukturen und Abläufe der Schifffahrt aus unterschiedlichen operativen und organisatorischen Perspektiven. Als ausgebildete Schifffahrtskauffrau war sie in verschiedenen Bereichen maritimer Unternehmen tätig und entwickelte dabei ein umfassendes Verständnis für die Anforderungen internationaler Transport- und Hafenprozesse.
Dieses Fachwissen bringt sie heute bei der BREB GmbH & Co. KG sowie bei der Blue Water BREB GmbH ein. Dort verantwortet und begleitet sie Aufgaben in den Bereichen Qualitäts-, Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltmanagement (QHSE) sowie in der Personalführung und Personalentwicklung.
Im Mittelpunkt ihrer Arbeit stehen belastbare organisatorische Strukturen, verlässliche Prozesse und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung betrieblicher und personeller Rahmenbedingungen innerhalb eines dynamischen maritimen Umfelds.
