Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) excellence form the foundation of our business operations.

We have deliberately chosen to achieve certification of the standards ISO 9001 (Quality Management) ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001(Occupational Health and Safety Management)  by LRQA, reflecting our commitment to internationally recognized standards, continuous improvement, and responsible business practices.

OBJECTIVE

Our primary goal is to ensure the safety of all BREB and Blue Water BREB employees, customers, and visitors, to protect the environment, and promote sustainable practices in port, vessel and office operations, fostering homogeneous growth across all sectors while fulfilling the needs of our stakeholders. Together with our employees, we strive to innovatively advance the company to secure satisfied business partners and cover overhead costs.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We are committed to meeting the requirements of our shipping, freight, and offshore customers by delivering high-quality services, delighting them with our work, and contributing to joint growth. Particular attention is given to the prevention of damage, the careful documentation of operational procedures, and the early identification of potential risks. We prioritize resolving issues swiftly and effectively to achieve full customer satisfaction. Continuous feedback is actively sought and responded to in order to enhance our services and ensure high levels of satisfaction. In addition, BREB and Blue Water BREB collaborate with regional partners and stakeholders to ensure highest environmental, safety and quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITY

BREB and Blue Water BREB regard occupational safety, health protection and a low environmental impact as integral elements of the corporate responsibility. We strive to create a secure working environment and minimize all risks to human beings and the environment associated with our activities by conducting regular and proactive risk assessments. We maintain extremely high occupational health and safety standards in line with all rules and regulations and the QHSE-ISO-norms. All employees are trained in safety procedures and supervised to ensure that risks are identified and reported. Our company maintains emergency plans for a variety of scenarios, including accidents, man-over-board situations, fires, environmental pollution, and medical emergencies. All employees are trained on how to respond appropriately in case of an emergency and contribute to the safety of all. Each employee is responsible for complying with this security policy and is committed to actively contributing to achieving our safety goals. Additionally, we empower our employees through ongoing training and development, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and environmental awareness. We support and encourage our employees to explore new business opportunities, fostering a culture of innovation and growth for both of our companies and stakeholders.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The protection of natural resources forms part of the corporate responsibility of BREB and Blue Water BREB. All personnel, including employees and contractors, are encouraged to reduce and eliminate pollution risks whenever possible. The focus especially lies on energy-efficient processes within office, port, and vessel operations, alongside the continuous development of lower-emission technologies. We invest in environmentally friendly technologies and practices to reduce emissions and waste and we strive to reduce our CO²-footprint in line with the Paris Agreement. We utilize resources efficiently and sustainably, promoting recycling and waste reduction. Our fleet is continuously upgraded to use alternative fuels and low-emission propulsion technologies, wherever possible.
